- her older siblings regard her as father’s favorite who can “”get away with anything””
- (he actually barely remembers her, considers her the most “worthless” of his children, and keeps her around almost as a hostage to be held against her own siblings)
- she’s used to getting her way and used to throw pretty big tantrums but grew outta them (partly thanks to Effie, partly cause of Peri)
- outta all her siblings, the one she’s closest to is Leo
- she loves games, especially puzzles and is really good at them. She and Leo play all kinds of strategy games together
- in fact if she actually put in the effort, she'd be as good or possibly even better at tactics than Xander
- Xander knows this, and tries to encourage her budding brain. Elise tries to avoid playing games with him as much as possible as a result, cuz "he makes every conversation into a lecture, and every game into homework"
- she really respects Charlotte and how manipulative she is. She’s wary of Peri tho, and fears she’ll wind up like her someday
- she’s really bad about blood and gore. This causes her trouble as the primary healer, and god knows she wants to be useful, but she hasn’t the stomach for it poor thing
That final one is something to specifically help differentiate her from Sakura. Elise probably feels a lil insecure and resentful that Sakura’s like 13 and a nervous wreck but a really competent doctor, both practically and magically, AND that she leads sermons or w/e the equivalent would be in Shintoism (at least in my head)
But Elise also can’t help but look after Sakura and can’t hate her no matter how much she wants to cause she sees her as a little kid who has way too many burdens and not enough friends to help shoulder it.
